Im happy that others like the idea! I want the FC to be down the middle of being shinra like but also having backroom dealing. The events would tie into the overarching plot to what the FC is doing so theres an actual reason to be there, it'll give all those people who are good/badasses to do something too with events like these.
As for the fighting, I was thinking that they could come to the location and start fighting anyone with by their name, thinking about it I'll probably get some advice on how the battle system should be done but I don't want it to go by to fast. As for losing, how it will affect characters depends on if the people chose to bring their character or chose to just rp as a no name memeber. The FCs actual plot will depend on if we win or if we lose.
There are little things I'll do to advance the FC storyline and events if needed. I want there to be side events as well that could effect the main plot. Pairing with another FC full of adventures or guards of some kind, we'd let the escort a prisoner(s) from our FC and we'd fight them to get them back. All that said, the biggest problem is getting members since we're low right now and it's an uphill fight to get people into new FCs so it may be awhile till you all see these events.
edit: Though these are some of the ideas in my head that i've come up with, we're not there yet to actually do any of them so any advice given or that has already been given i'll take into serious consideration so that I can give a fun experience to everyone when we are there to do them!
