Hello all, I'm not really good with introduction so I'll try to make it as interesting as possible... Hopefully! First, I'll start with my past experience in role playing games. I started in the good old days of Dungeon & Dragons 3.5 and tried them all till the 5th edition. I also played pathfinder, Shadowrun 4th (Anniversary) and 5th ed. Now, I'm not really used to RP in video games nor do I'm really good with forums; I realized there is so much to fill in or post somewhere that I felt a little bit confused/overwhelmed at first, but I'm pretty sure it will be the same learning curve as any tabletop. At least I know eventually I'll get by but with a little bit of guidance I'm sure won't be led astray! Second, what are my past experience with MMO's? This all started with UO (Utimate Online) then I shifted to FFXI because I was basically a huge fan of FF. If you ask, yes I did played all of them! (except the original ff3 damn emulator kept crashing...) After a while, WoW did won me over and I still buy the books of lore just to be kept well informed... the problem though the story was never that immersive. So when I discoverd ARR (to explain: FFXIV 1.0 was for me was in the same mess as FFXIII...) so realizing that ARR was under a new sun I took the dive (3 years ago). I used to quit now and then though, because RPing on Diabolos was never rewarding and finally all my friend quit, thus I decided to move to Balmung to also live under new light! Third, Who am I? I won't really disclose anything about me too personal, like name, sex, etcetera. But, I'm 29, studying in Hotel and Restaurant Management with a full time job in the same domain. Thus it keeps me busy. I generally prefer speaking about myself around a cup of coffee/beer even if it is around a virtual one! I'm married in RL but doesn't mean that this affect my character In Game. So while I'm talking about this, I consider myself a medium RPer because of time, though I munch on lore and history so if I ever do mistakes please do correct me! I also prefer staying in character as most of possible, obviously I still take tells and OOC messages to prepare. Finally, Who is my character?
