Ever wonder what it would be like to play more of a background role, the streetear, the server, the guard on (completely honest) routine patrol. NPC (and the connected free company For The Story! [NPC] was made with this in mind. If you just need a place to park your alts, or a place to keep in contact with scenes you'd be needed in, this would be the place.
