Looking to get an rp community started on Leviathan

And I was wondering. What kind of environment as to the attitudes of the people on the server was like? I am on Leviathan because I have a friend there who is helping me with leveling in the MSQ and I was wanting to rp there, because I don't want to move off the server and deal with dungeon running with strangers because to be frank my vision sucks and I don't want to make it more difficult for party members. But I am interested in in game rp with my alt that's there.
