Hey there! Just wanted to introduce myself properly. I've been playing Final Fantasy XIV for a couple of years now and I have also been playing World of Warcraft for many, many years (too many. I've lost a lifetime to that game). I have been an RPer in WoW for nearly my entire time playing it and enjoyed it. A friend recommended RPing in FFXIV and I have been pretty new to it. I'm still learning how to RP properly with the help of my FC and friends and I'm really enjoying myself! When I'm not RPing, running dungeons and raids, I'm usually levelling or I'm livestreaming on Twitch. 

 

My character's name is Babamo Bamo (picture attached below) and she is a Lalafell Black Mage. I'm still working the background story for her at the moment so until such time as I have it perfected, I'm pretty useless at explaining it. So far, all I really have is that she is an adventurer who enjoys travelling and learning new things. Her family have all been magic users, dabbling in various different types but staying away from black magic. Being the inquisitive person she is, she decided to mess about with it. When she realised how much fun she could have with it she showed her family and was banished from home. 

 

I learned about the RPC through Google. I was looking for a place to find RP communities when I came across this website. After spending plenty of time reading through various posts, I decided to join up and here we are

 

In terms of what type of Roleplayer I am/want to be I'm not sure due to the fact I'm still levelling. I would like to be a mix of both raider/dungeoneer/RPer but I know it's a difficult thing to maintain. After doing it for many years in WoW with a guild it got easier to manage. I don't recommend trying to RP while running raids though. It gets you killed quickly!

 

Anyway, that's pretty much everything I have to say right now. I hope to meet people on my travels!
