Converting Birthday to Eorzean Calender

Hi everyone,

 

I am new to the game and trying to convert my birthday, 9 November, to the Eorzean calendar but it is not converting correctly in the game.  Can anyone convert it or at the very least tell me how to convert it? Thank you in advance.
