Hello! New to RP and I want to give it a go!

Hello everyone, and it's a pleasure to be here and to meet you all! My name is Eirhildr Rose and I'm found often hanging out in Ul'Dah over on Goblin servers. As the title suggests, I want to get into RP because I've been playing this game for a while, and I feel like something's missing. I've been writing characters and stories for a long time now and I've never really had the opportunity to get into it properly or try and roleplay one of my characters with anyone before, so I made Eirhildr for this purpose (and because I've been wanting to make a new character for a while now).

 

I was referred to this site by my friend Syrin and I saw what everyone else is doing and I really had to try and step up my character build to fit in with everyone, but I'll give everyone the quick general information blurb I've come up with and see what ya'll think: Eirhildr Rose, the Ironclad Viper. An artist with any form of weapon that finds its way into her hands, she can often be found out in the world either practising her art on training dummies, or sizing up her competition. A wanderer, Eirhildr appears in a different city every day looking for a reason to keep going.

 

I know it's not much and I think I'm rambling at this point, but I hope to see ya'll out there real soon.

I don't think you're rambling at all, part of the journey is in finding one's self after all.

 

When you mention you feel like something's missing, that's an interesting thought. What do you feel is missing?

Oh, just that like, I just wasn't having fun anymore? Like, all I really did up until now was just log in, do my dailies and then just hang out in Ul'Dah until something happened. But that changed pretty quick now that I've made Eir, I feel reinvigorated!
