Graphical bugs with new beta...!

So finally managed to get a little time today to log in and take a look at beta phase 4 and I have all kinds of errors with the UI and graphics (see screenshots below) I did not have any problems with beta phase 3, my drivers are upto date and so on.

 

if anyone has any idea what might be causing this I would really appreciate some insights and advice on how to fix it.

I have tried running the game in max setting and default ones in windowed mode or full screen the same problem persists, if anyone has any idea what might be causing this I would really appreciate some insights and advice on how to fix it.
