If you purchased the digital version of the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Standard Edition, or Collector’s Edition, from the PlayStation® Network between Tuesday, August 13 and Thursday, August 15 and were impacted by this issue, please log into your Sony Entertainment Network account and navigate to the XrossMediaBar (XMB) message system to receive further instructions on how to resolve your issue.
