First I would like to clarified that I pre-order from gamestop. When I got my first code I registered it and it gave me the early access code, but for reasons SE cant identified ( I think so) The code given to me was from another region ( I am NA region, so I think I was given a EU region code). After trying to communicate with SE costumer support ( Wasted over 6 hours in two days) I gave up and went to the gamestop That I pre-order the game. I told the cashier my problem. " I pre-order the game, and the code that was given in the receipt was registered but it gave me a wrong early access code, from another region, could it be possible to get another code" She replied " I will cancel the pre-order and do it again hopefully it will still give you a new code" and it did. There is still time to play the early access and if you pre-order from gamestop maybe ( if the costumer working is not having a bad day) they can help you and give you a new code, I hope this can help people with the problem I had and good luck!:cactuar: Link to comment
Faolan Vale Posted August 25, 2013 Share #2 Posted August 25, 2013 I got a similar error, and found a fix online; when I went into my profile, my default language was English[uK]. After I changed this to English[uS] and saved the profile info, I had no problem registering the code. Link to comment
