How do you use [action] in RPs?

I've noticed people are able to make it so the text they are writing looks like actions, usually in light blue color. For example...

 

Ryan Aphelion grabs his drink

 

What command do you use to do this in the game? Looked over the FFXIV macros list and all, and can't find it unfortunately.

"/em (action)"

 

So /em hugs would be 

 

"Kaoru hugs."
