Location Question

First off, props to Faceman7381 and his crew for starting up the Coffer and Coffin tavern nights :thumbsup:

 

Along a very similar vein, in the Coerthas Central Highlands at the First Dicasterial Observatorium of Atherial and Astrological Phenomena there is a tavern. It is an unnamed tavern. I was hoping to have my character "open the place up", making it a place for open rp to everyone. My character would be the full time proprietor/bartender. 

 

Before I do, however, I just want to make sure that no free companies have laid claim to this tavern. I do know some free companies do rp around the area, as it seemed pretty busy with rp last night. The tavern looks like this.

Once I have confirmation that no free companies have laid claim to it (and that I don't piss anyone off), then more information about the tavern itself will be rolling out. Thanks for the assistance on this.
