Depending on your readership of the official forums [Or if you're present in the Intermission Skype] you might not have seen this.

 

There is currently a bit of a problem involving them mechanics of promotion and demotion inside and FC. In groups with strict recruitment requirements this shouldn't be an issue, but I think its still a good idea to be aware.

In short, "promotion/demotion" allows people to promote above the promoters rank, this can create an issue if anyone but the GM has gil withdrawal permissions or access to tabs with rarer items.

This has been an issue for a long time. Easiest way to fix it is to make sure only the leader or trusted officers have the promotion permission.

For money wise, I am usually the one being in charge and I deactivated withdraw for all members so they would be depositing instead. The money is directly funded for Company housing and will remain that way.

 

As for items, I gave all access to all members because they are mostly junk low level crafting items that we all do not really care to use, so it's fine.
