[Balmung] Looking for bad guys~

I mean all things considered this might be somewhat short lived, but it seemed fun and I just wanted to spark some waves of IC drama for the people involved.

 

I'm looking for some "bad guys" on Balmung for a little mini plot thing. Can't be opposed to kidnapping and it might be fueled by money? Unless you have any other ideas~!
