Looking for Static Group

To put it simply, I'm a i95 SCH looking for a static group to run with. I also have a friend who is an i94 PLD/i90 BRD who would be looking to join as well. We want a group that doesn't require us to join an FC as we're both happy officers in the FC we're in. There's just not a lot of dedication to progression.
