Hi, everyone! I just started playing FFXIV earlier this week, after jumping ship from World of Warcraft, which I played for many years. I am really excited to delve into the RP scene here.

 

Right now I'm playing on Exodus. I realize this isn't one of the main RP servers, so in time I'll either try to transfer my character or create a new one on Balmung or Gilgamesh. If there is anyone who is RPing on Exodus, I'd love to get in touch with you. If you guys have any suggestions on where I can read up on lore, I'd really appreciate it. Can't wait to start making friends here!

Hello and welcome! The wiki linked to this site is very useful for lore information, as well as http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Lore and http://eorzeareborn.com/lorebackstory/ have helped me personally with the lore. Good luck and hopefully see you on Balmung eventually!
