Overdone topic, but Madda likes for creative juices to flow.

 

For those not aware, MOBAs (Massive Online Battle Arena) are types of games where players battle against each other in various arena. The most common is the 5v5 map with 3 lanes leading from one base to the other, with 3 towers along each lane.

 

Each character plays a different role, such as Support, Tank, Assassin, Fighter, and Marksman. Players have 4 abilities (commonly bound to the QWER keys), 3 normal ones, and then an "Ultimate" ability that gives your character an edge on the battlefield.

Ability #1: Fireball - Basic attack

Ability #2: True Sight (passive) identifies nearby hidden/stealthed enemies.

Ability #3: Summon Carbuncle - Summons a carbuncle onto the target, gives a health increase, as well as attacks. Lasts 10 seconds

Ability #4 (Ultimate): Inspiration Aura - Allies within the aura gain increased mana regen, damage and move speed, whilst enemies suffer the reverse Lasts 10 seconds

Title: The Ghostfairy Princess

 

Bio: I don't even know which MOBA she'd be in. So no lore for you!

 

Role: AP "Teemo" (League) / INT Nuker (DotA2) / Assassin (HotS)

 

Secondary Role: Support (League) / INT Support (DotA2) / Support (HotS)

 

Other Skins: I'd just make these all references. Great Power comes with great responsibility.

 

 

Abilities

 

 

Ability #1: Little Light

35 second CD. Hihimi's targeted Nuke. Deals additional damage based off of how much lower her opponent's level is compared to hers.

When Nyx is active, can be optionally used to heal allies with the same "damage" formula. 

When Brazie is active, damages three additional nearby enemies for 50% damage.

Ability #2: Ghostfairy Crown

Passive/Active, 30 second recharge, 2 charges. Causes all her autoattacks to deal a Dynamic% of the enemy's health to them as damage. Damage dealt is based off of their current HP, decreasing as their HP decreases. Activate for a shield that absorbs magical damage, disabling the passive effect while on Cooldown.

When Nyx is active, Doubles the shield's power.

When Brazie is active, allows the shield to be cast on allies.

Ability #3: Tomerush

20 second CD. Hihimi dashes forward, smacking the enemy with her book, knocking them 5 units back and stunning them if they collide with terrain. Hihimi then jumps back towards her original position.

When Nyx is active, Hihimi will teleport the full distance back to her original position instead of jumping.

When Brazie is active, Hihimi will also damage nearby enemies when she lands.

Ability #4 (Ultimate): Brazie / Nyx

Automatically available, Passive/Active Upon +rank, 3 second cast time, infinite duration until swapped, 15 second CD. Hihimi gains the services of Brazie, her fairy. At rank two, she gains the services of Nyx, giving her abilities extra powers which depend on which one of the fairies is active. Brazie is a Fire fairy, and Nyx is a Night fairy.

Eviction: Medium damage to single target, pushes target a fair distance backward to disengage them from battle.

 

Ability #4 (Ultimate):

 

3's and 7's: All hostiles within the lane will have two skills locked for 45 seconds.

Name: Melkire

 

Title: The Dogged

 

Bio: Thief-turned-assassin-turned-soldier.

 

Role: Assassin

 

Secondary Role: N/A

 

Skins: Base is his usual Sipahi-turban-with-Flame-Private-jerkin look. Alt is his soot-black-Saurian-shirt-with-matching-bandana-and-Allagan-gloves-and-greaves look.

 

 

Abilities

 

Ability #1: Slivers of Steel

Passive: Slivers of Steel and all auto-attacks apply a stacking debuff called Concoction that deals damage over time. Concoction lasts for 18 seconds, can stack up to 5 times, and the duration is refreshed with each new application. All stacks of Concoction fall off once the 18 second duration has elapsed.

 

Active: Straight-line skillshot that deals moderate damage. Slivers of Steel may be activated again within 1 second, up to a total of three times. Each additional activation results in a longer cooldown for Slivers of Steel. If a skillshot does not connect with a target, a dagger is left behind on the ground. Melkire can run over these daggers to lower the cooldown on Slivers of Steel.

 

Ability #2: Rip and Tear

Active: Short-range nuke that consumes Concoction stacks and deals damage that scales with the number of stacks on the target. If two or more stacks of Concoction are consumed, Shoulder Tackle's cooldown is refreshed.

 

Ability #3: Shoulder Tackle

Active: Targeted dash. Requires a target afflicted with Concoction debuff. Dashes to nearby target, knocking away all enemies in,between Melkire and the target. Deals minor damage to target, knocks them up, and knocks them back upon connecting.

 

Ability #4 (Ultimate): Everything's Personal

Active: Melkire jumps to and latches onto the target, becoming untargetable and immune to all crowd control and displacement effects. Melkire and target are both silenced for 9 seconds. Melkire deals ever-increasing damage to the target with each second, healing himself for an equivalent amount. Damage scales with the number of Concoction stacks on the target. Concoction stacks are NOT consumed. Melkire releases the target and becomes targetable and susceptible to crowd control and displacement effects again once the 9 seconds have elapsed or the target has died.

Name: K'umiko

 

Title: Tiny Terror of Limsa

 

Bio: "Tha' yung'un is the devil, I tell ya! I sent three patrols 'round where she makes 'er rounds at. They all come back, one reekin' like chocobo shite, one lookin' like they been struck by lightnin', and th' other sportin' burns!'" -- Anonymous Yellowjacket

 

As of late, reports have grown in the Limsa area of a young miqo'te child stealing goods, mainly food within Limsa herself. While not sounding immediately dangerous, the child is armed and dangerous, usually sporting various contraptions of sorts, illegal fireworks, and what seems to be a single unique pistol in which these fireworks are shot from. 

 

The child is wanted for several crimes within the Limsa community, most notably being theft, evading authority, firing upon an officer, and many more. There are reports of the menace coming to the aid of Yellowjackets however, assisting them in apprehending criminals. Many caught have no information about her, and are rather surprised such a young face could brandish so much firepower. A few did manage to produce a name, "K'umiko", she goes by. They further report her antics crashing any criminal activity near her hideout, vowing to get even with the child should the chance arrived. 

 

Although still wanted for further questioning, the tiny terror of Limsa has caught Limsa by storm. Whether this "K'umiko" is here to help us, or pillage us, the public remains quite debated over her presence. 

 

Role: Mage

Yellowjacket K'umiko - K'umiko becomes dressed in the garb of a yellowjacket.

 

Special Agent K'umiko - K'umiko dresses in a suit and tie, gaining a pair of shades. her gun now becomes a silver colored alien ray gun. All fire works are replaced with lazers, and her abilities get an "out of this world" feel to them. Is a nod to "Men in Black"

 

 

Abilities

 

Passive: Master Tinkerer's Reign

Passive: With each point put into her ultimate ability, K'umiko is granted the chance to enhance one of her abilities. Max 3 enhancements. K'umiko is also granted additional ability power for each kill and assist. Max 6 stacks. Lose half stacks upon death.

 

Ability #1: Boom Boom, Pow!

 

Active: K'umiko fires a firework towards the enemy. K'umiko may active this ability again to detonate the firework, dealing damage around its target. If the firework reaches its destination without detonating, it deals damage twice.

 

Enhancement: Limsa Night Lights: Adds a blind effect to the firework's damage.

 

Ability #2: Rocket Jump!

 

Active: K'umiko aims her weapon before firing a huge firework at the ground, propelling her forward towards the selected destination. Upon landing, deals damage to enemies near her.

 

Enhancement: Aerial Surprise! Upon landing on an enemy, K'umiko deals the full landing damage as well as slowing the enemy while jumping the maximum distance again.

 

Ability #3: Whirl-E, Help!

Passive: K'umiko's aerial support construct, Whirl-E, follows her, assisting in attacking enemies for a small percentage of her total damage. This also provides a slight increase in visibility around her.

 

Active: Kumiko jumps on Whirl-E, granting her increased movement speed and the ability to hover over AoE spells while suffering no negative drawbacks. Using this places the Passive on a cooldown.

 

Enhancement: Twirl-E Whirl-E: Increases the movement speed of the active, and also allows her to send Whirl-E crashing into enemies, dealing damage and pushing them back.

 

Ability #4 (Ultimate): Ultra Ifrit Titan Firework Finale! K'umiko unleashes her greatest creation, the Ultra Ifrit-Titan Firework upon her enemies. After activating the ability, K'umiko may begin to charge up the ability. Charging this ability increases the damage dealt. While charging, she may change the direction of her aim, though at an extremely slower pace.

 

Enhancement: Illegal Fireworks: K'umiko adds even more illegal modifications to her fireworks, turning it into the Mega Ultra Ifrit-Titan Firework! After the firework hits an enemy, several small cherry bombs will be dropped near the impact zone. In addition, K'umiko's basic attacks will now have a DoT effect on the enemy.

Name: Meiko Amano.

Title: The Lightfoot.

 

Bio: Driven by a deep desire to repay her debts and reunite her broken family, nothing will dissuade Meiko from a job if the coin is good enough. She travels quickly and quietly around the map, often appearing at an enemy's back without them even noticing her approach.

 

Role: Assassin.

Secondary Role: Roaming / Support.

 

Other Skins: 

- Meiko Lightfoot:  Meiko in her typical outfit from her days with the Rogues' Guild, consisting of greens, browns, and a mask-and-bandana combo that covers most of her face.

Passive:  Indebted (Global Bounce-back Passive)

If Meiko's team's gold total ever falls below 50% of their opponent's gold total, all allies gain a global +5 gold / second bonus for the remainder of the game.

 

Q: Throwing Knives (Skillshot, low-medium recast)

Meiko slings knives in a medium-sized line in front of her, doing 5/10/15/30/50 (+50% AD) damage and applying a -25% movement speed debuff for 0.5/0.75/1 seconds.

 

Lightfoot active:  Movement speed debuff changes to a 1.5 second stun.

W: Contract to Kill (Mark Target, high recast)

Meiko picks a target to mark, lasting for 3/4/5 seconds. She does an additional 10/20/30/40/50 (+75% AD) damage to marked targets for the duration.

 

Lightfoot active:  Meiko also gains a +100% attack speed buff for the mark's duration.

E: Backstab (Single Target Damage, high recast)

Meiko teleports a short distance and attempts to stabs an opponent in the back, doing 10/20/30 (+25% AD) if the opponent is facing towards her and 50/100/150 (+120% AD) if the opponent is facing away.

 

Lightfoot active:  Meiko catches her opponent totally unawares, negating the directional requirement and adding an additional small bleed effect for 3 seconds.

R (Ultimate):  Lightfoot (Stealth, three minute recast/reuse)

 

Meiko gains true stealth / invisibility and a +10% / +15% / +20% movement speed bonus, allowing her to slip past wards and enemies and quickly set herself up in a position to gank. Abilities gain an additional effect during Lightfoot's use. Effect lasts until ability use or damage taken.
