Introduction

When all hope was lost to the darkness and the only thing that remained is gloom, whispers lead one to a strange lodge in the remote recesses of the Lavender Beds; the storied place to go when down on one's luck. Its loamy lawn is the golden field ere the gates of your redemption, and the chance to begin anew.

 

A collection of curious congregants meet to address the community’s issues, and to offer aide and assistance when others cannot, or will not.  It is a place to peel back the pages lost to time; an index of answers both dark and queer.

 

There is said to be a strange place lost deep in the beds one can go to without fear. Beneath the high-hanging canopies of the Beds, where the path to go is unclear. A place for your unknowns, questions and unamenable locks. The Unturned Key is a place for all thought lost.

OOC Information

The Unturned Key is a public service hub residing on the Balmung server. We currently have a fortune teller/advice room, an office for minor meetings that can be used by all in regards to minor dealings and transactions, a dangerous item storage room, a (dark) knight/briefing room to discuss matters that need addressing such as kidnappings, a light and bright cafe/waiting area, a voidsent consultation room, a training facility, and a med-bay.

 

As we are community driven it is important that our hub members be active, social and creative. FC membership is not required to participate. We work together to create a wholesome and positive environment for our members where the experienced mentor the novice and the new-blood spur life as well as new ideas for all to enjoy.

Rules and Guidelines

 

1) Discrimination, harassment and unnecessary rudeness will not be tolerated

 

2) Mature content is allowed in the stories you write, but an effort should be made to do so in a thoughtful manner (please communicate with fellow RPers). Any roleplay of sexual variety should be taken to a private setting and any overtly lewd conversation to private channels.

 

3) Remember the golden rules of RP: IC actions equal IC consequences and IC =/= OOC

 

4) "Meta gaming" is prohibited as well. Meta gaming is seen as using out of character knowledge in character. It takes away form the role playing experience for all parties involved so please refrain from doing so.

 

5) As a participant in KeyRP and its associated discord and linkshell, you should carry yourself in a respectful manner, as your actions reflect on those around you

 

6) Any OOC interactions that make you uncomfortable should be immediately reported to a moderator

 

7)  Lastly we are a community driven group, with that being said please be proactive in your role playing! If there are no events or RP happening at the time that you're seeking them, take the opportunity to create some. Use the shop or go somewhere out in the world and let the members know you're around and wish to RP. You may also direct an event or collaborate with someone to create an experience for others to participate in.
