RP Style Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy): Light - medium I am not an overly heavy role-player, but I do enjoy lighter role-play encounters. I will never post multi-paragraph posts to feed a huge story along. I prefer to go with the flow at a somewhat faster pace. Call it action role-playing if you will! Views on RP combat and injuries: When it comes down to combat in a role-play, I would much rather duel it out with our characters. If Exovian is weaker or stronger than his opponent, that will determine the outcome. You fight me at the risk of your confidence in your ability to actually take me down, and I am pretty hardcore at PVP. Exovian is fairly docile and neutral oriented so the only fight initiated would likely be by the other. Views on IC romance: Exovian is a flirty fellow, but certainly not a player. He won't initiate romance unless there are meaningful feelings involved. Otherwise he'll be very joking with others. Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): I wouldn't mind having a little sister or some other family relations. (I promise I don't have a sister complex. Probably.) Views on lore: I live by it. If the game says it is so, Exovian is well aware and anything non-canon is obviously just going to confuse him. Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc): When I'm role-playing in character it will be fairly obvious. I'll use chat, tells, etc. However it works out. If I'm in an RP environment I will denote OOCchat with ((text)) or something to that effect while emotes are *text* as per standard role-playing in my experience. Guilty! I posted an awesome video on youtube showcasing the crazy streaking raid I ran through Eorzea in the final hours of phase 3. I unlisted it until the NDA lifts. Whew.

I think claiming an area would be a great idea for roleplayers with a little attitude. If kept in RP, a gang would approach you like "Hey guy. What are you doing on Sandrock turf? You better turn around before you get hurt." If they add a dueling system you could even duke it out for turf.

Wow. Well, I can understand why they want to make 1.0 people happy, but you won't find me on a legacy server. There's no fun in that. Considering the new player base is going to be like 80% bigger than the legacy players, anyone wanting a fresh start is going to want to RP on a non-legacy server if you ask me. Majority rules son.

Since all servers are getting wiped, I'm assuming there is no such thing as a legacy server at this point? Maybe I am wrong and there will still be legacy servers with no wipe? Anyway, if all servers are wiped, we're all starting from the bottom and we should all decide on one united server to play on so there are more people to roleplay with!
