As long as the population remains high on both Gilgamesh and Balmung, these problems will persist even beyond the official launch. Even worse, if SE is forced to remove the population limit, more errors will occur and who knows how long they'll take to fix those. It really is a dilemma. (Sorry for the edits, still getting used to the posting format on this forum.) God I hope that's a misinterpretation of what he said. Because that would actually kill the game for me. Yeah, seriously. How long are we expected to wait for them to "fix" it? Why would I choose a lower pop realm, if my friends are on this one? I've never been pissed at early access/launch bugs until now. At this rate, I'm going to have to wait until the 30 free days are up before I can properly play my character, unless we decide on a third RP server or something.

I just got 90k'd after like 3 hours of gameplay. I guess I can't complain lol

I'm not getting anywhere near being inside the game. Whenever I do, it instantly tells me the world is full without even putting me in a queue. I've basically just went through a marathon of errors, starting with the start button being grayed out, the start button being clickable but instantly being booted out, the NA/EU server list not updating, and finally, my server being available to enter but booting me out immediately after clicking. I need some wine after this.

Now I can't even press the start button! This is so annoying. >

Ugh. I woke up as soon as Early Access started to get my character into Balmung and play a bit. There were so many people and my FPS was crap so I decided to go to sleep and wait for things to cool down a bit. I should've stayed up and played a bit more. >

I'm not very familiar with the FF universe, despite having played a few of the games here and there. I keep reading about Roegadyn, mainly the Hellsguard, but I can't find enough information to build my character on. Or rather, it's so vague that I'm not sure how much freedom I have in terms of building his character. For example, I don't know if a Hellsguard is "allowed" to be more than a giant, loyal mercenary, or if I can do whatever I wanted with his personality. Am I just having trouble finding Roe lore, or is their lore kinda vague in general? The sea wolves have a bit more info about them, but I'm not rolling one so that doesn't help.

I'm planning on going to Gilgamesh at launch. My main is called Brave Lion. (:
