Basically I need an evil female for an RP plot. I am the leader of the Harbingers of the Dawn. My character is just a typical main character. What I need: A female character who is evil, race doesn't matter. What you will do: My character is pretty easy to please so you just have to be super interested in what he's doing. Beyond that what happens is up to you. Is someone in my guild asking too many questions? Change their branch or give them some crazy assignment. Want me to yell at someone for you? Tell me they are being really mean to you and my character will go do it. It's the typical total manipulation deal. You are just working off the fact that he doesn't really care to lead, has other things he wants to do, and likes being complimented. The plot: This part is hard to explain because it'll depend on what happens. Obviously I want you to have a clear goal in mind, you want full power, you want to steal our gil, you want to destroy the FC, or whatever you want. Based on what you want, for example you are taking our gil secretly, I'll tell my person in charge of that area that she notices gil missing. This RP is a lot more about character drama than some huge grand plot, that doesn't mean one can't happen though. You can reply on here, message me, or add me on FF Zularti Vensar Balmung.

I'm probably going to rush to my DRG and Chocobo. After that I'll take it slow and do more RP. Of course if the opportunity presents itself I'll RP when I can. I'm not going to ignore the chance at a fun roleplay just to level a little faster.

Like all of us on the forum I'm a huge FF fan. What I love most about this game is the world. Every cutscene I see, every screen shot, it all just feels so FF. I don't think I've felt this cool in an mmo world in a long time. The world feels so well crafted and loved. Most of the systems in place are interesting enough and they give me the classes I want, with more to come. However I have to disagree a bit with the combat. I think the combat is terribly dull and step in the wrong direction. I wish it was more interesting and I'm hoping lvl 50 is better but I really doubt it. Thankfully the world is so completely fantastic and FF to me that I can overlook that completely.

I thought Balmung was the 1.0 official RP server (I know SE never made it but I thought it was the communities) That would mean that 2.0 should still be Balmung since that was the old one. I don't want to needlessly fracture the RP community when I'm sure we could all fit on one server. I guess I'll have to check out Ul'dah. I maybe too busy trying to get that dragoon at the start.

I. Basic Info Primary character:Zularti Primary RP linkshell: Harbingers of the Dawn II. RP Style Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy): I'd hope that I'm on the heavier side of RP. I like my roleplays to be in logical areas. As in I don't want to walk out to the desolate corner where no in is so we aren't disturbed, unless that's the point of the RP of course. I want other rpers to interrupt me and join in. With that I'm fine just inserting my character, because of his personality, into other rp's and players stories. I want the world to feel alive not with a bunch of cliques. I also enjoying doing RP during dungeons, quests, and so on. I don't just want to be sitting in taverns. Views on RP combat and injuries: I don't like to argue too much when it comes to injuries. I would rather our characters duel to settle an issue and the winner, well wins, regardless of level. I view levels as a simple way to settle whether your char could do X since by game standards you're stronger. I'm open to pretty much anything though I don't care to have my character beaten up or seriously injured. Views on IC romance: I'm fine with it. My character isn't actively seeking a partner but if he finds someone he likes he'll try to date them. Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): I don't mind changing my characters past some to compensate if someone has a really cool idea. I'm more or less open to anything though I tend to care more about plot than character interactions. Views on lore: I try to follow it as closely as I can. Aside from my name being very non Hyur I try to keep with it. Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc): If it is being said then you are saying it, unless there are brackets around it. I don't type with the I say, "How are you?" I just type How are you? If someone that I rp with is deadset on doing it a different way I wouldn't mind compensating for them. I also prefer to RP in /say. I want those around me to hear what I'm saying so they can join in. With all that said I am looking for someone to become part of an RP. I need a female character who is behind the scenes manipulative and wants to be in power. In a nutshell it'll be a "they tell my char, the FC leader, what to do with a slight hand. They are "running" the guild." This will be at odds with someone else who wants a similar plan with my char. It'll be a fun little two people secretly fighting for control of my guild. Hello everyone! My guild and I are coming to the Balmung server. We wanted to be on the official Rp server. Our guild, Harbingers of the Dawn, is a Good aligned guild even though a lot of the people in the guild are less than good people. The only question I really have is about RP meeting places. Are there places in ffxiv that rpers typically gather a certain town tavern or something? Other than that in the future I'd like to find a nefarious female character to join in on some fun guild RP. If anyone has a female character that is nefarious and wants to run a guild behind the scenes shoot me a message!
