Hello everyone once again. I last played a least a couple weeks before 2.1 launched due to an ex-FC pissing me of and schooling, but I have returned and plan to continue playing on Balmung. I am going to role with a new Scholar as I was planning on doing before I stopped playing but I am interested in joining a RP FC preferably one that is pretty social and friendly as I don't see the point in joining one that is not. I would be much better then my last one that up and disappeared one day. Beyond RPing I tend to do a bit of everything here and there and can fit into many situations. If there are FCs out there recruiting I would love to know

When firearms were first created in real history they were expensive unreliable and difficult to make at the speed of pre weapons. They would also take a much higher amount of skill then a bow did at the time not to mention the slow reload of like 1 to 2 shots a minute, compared to bows that could do 20 in skilled hands. It took centuries before they really took a crack at guns and yet even when they started being used in militarizes bows and swords where still used in mass use. It is quit accurate for them to use more cheap tech for those conscripts they could care less about. Instead of having to size down their army due to lack of funds just use the expensive tech on those who are part of the original army.

1. Are there any any races you particularly love the opposite (or same) gender of? The models, the history, the lore, anything. I personally Love the female Roegadyn Sea Wolf females, the Hellsguard are not bad either. I love how large they are and that figure that comes with it. Has a crush on the Admiral. And I love the sea water is my favorite element and Leviathan is my favorite god being of all time in all the FFs. The duskwight females are up there as well because of there height even though they don"t have the great strength. I love duskwight lore the most. 2. How do you view interracial couples in -game-? Specifically, let's not get into a debate about whether or not it's 'gross' to you as a person or if there are too many people doing it. I would say there is nothing wrong with it and if you love and think another race or sex is beautiful why not go out with it. 3. Do your OOC feelings towards a particular race make you more open or affect what your character is looking for when they're either flirting around, pursuing romance, or just, in general, acting differently towards those individuals. I haven't done much flirting as he tend to be very distrustful with all that has happened to him which I think partial come from my own OOC self. Now with his interests he feels uneasy towards Hyur and Wildwoods from the racism shown towards himself but he still is willing to work and speak with them if they show respect. He also see those shorter races as out of the question though he has found some Miqo'te cute, he tend to look for those how show strength and size has alot to do with that to him. In OOC terms yeah I tend to like stronger/taller/broader girls usually if it is one of the three I am just awestruck, I also tend to think short girls are cute as well. So I suppose the none modelesk girls. Category B: Your character 1. Does your character seek friends or partners based predominantly on race? No he may be alittle uneasy towards some but as long as the show respect towards him he just sees the strength that comes with those allies. 2. How does your character view interracial pairings and are their feelings different from your own? His feelings main be slightly different, but for the most part I couldn't make a character who was racist or anti-interracial when I am so not. If you love some one who am I and him to judge.

Just wanted to know if anyone else has had a problem with not receiving their CE code? I have checked all my email in-boxes and all the places I thought it could be except my order information, would it be in there? Just wondering cause now I can't log in at all and I did open a service ticket but I doubt they will get to it anytime soon.

Haha I have seen more Hyur, Miqo'te, and Wildwood than the other races and Duskwight looks to be the smallest minority so you guys should give yourself more credit then saying you're not getting enough love haha. But this sounds cool if I made a Wildwood I would join, but alas Duskwight stole my heart. As for all us in the minorities stick together lets take down these blasted Hyur a peg.

From what I have seen the ques are either too full or don't always work so might as well forget trying to use them. And on the whole AFK thing you would think (at least most PC gamers) wouldn't want to leave their PCs on all night and have the decency to get off and let some other people on you know take turns in a way to the severs get into peak condition, but alas people have to be rude and stay on for 5 days in a row even if they aren't playing. And to touch on the NA/EU severs they are going to be implumenting all the sever upgrades to them all just cause they say JP sever doesn't mean they are only doing something to them. That would just be dumn on SE's part.

So i have been reading through this discussion and find myself very interested in the Duskwight sub group that has been kinda formed. ..............just a little confused about all the details and who to contact for the linkshell.

Really this isn't to bad I would have to say cause when SWTOR was pushed out to fast by EA games the early access had two hours of maintenance every 2 hours, when a game has the MMO title on it it should just be expected that the early access people are last last people they use as genie pigs to test how their severs handle 20 mil people getting on.

Thank you very much Teardrop that will greatly help me in creating a back-story for him and makes me very excited to play him. I can't wait to start RPing with everyone, and especially all those fellow Duskwight out there.

Hello I figured why not introduce myself. My gamer tag is Darcrathon. I was going to play the original FF14 but after I heard it bomb I decided not to but I have been exited to play this one. MMORPG background Well a lot some for longer times others for short. WOW, SWTOR, EVE, LOTRO, those are the ones I played at least a month. RP experience I delved into some on WOW, but did a lot on SWTOR. Not to toot my horn or anything, but people were asking me to make the full life stories I was making for my characters for their. Character ideas/info For my first character I am deciding between male Duskwight Elezen and female Roegadyn Sea Wolf, I know my first characters I plan to create will be a Dragoon (it has always been my favorite non magic FF class and spears are my favorite weapon) and I would like a Summoner (as they are my favorite magic class). I want to test it out some to see which I want to do first. If I chose Elezen I have decided on Doyloix. How did you learn about the coalition? I was looking all over the place for which severs were the RP severs. What kind of a role-player are you aiming to be? Light, medium, or heavy? Between medium and heavy probably. Anything from real life you're comfortable with sharing? (Work, school, hobbies, etc) Going to college for history, so I love learning lore a lot. I am still deciding between sever so any suggestions would be awesome.
