Greetings, I had recently heard a lot of folk speak about this rather interesting piece of lore and I'd really love if somebody could help clear this up (or provide a source). Apparently, insulting or offending women of Ishgard will get you -flogged- publicly in the streets. Is it true? Does this apply to -all- women? Not that I condone this at all, but it is pretty fascinating. Appreciate your responses.
