  1. Give it a trial run for the exposition/introduction first maybe, with one group? Depending on the interest garnered. I'm terrible at setting up RP for people not in the same FC/LS as myself, but I've always found it's best to start small and have it branch out from there. Maybe a small group of forum stalwarts to start, then tomorrow, the world?
  2. I shall give this an interested roebump. While you're asking for feedback, I note you seem to have a few different conflicting groups. Do you intend to keep it freeform, and then have people let you know about things? Or are you more the type to GM possibly competing factions? Feeding them each a little bit of information at a time, perhaps (especially if you can get them Garleans on board). My personal preference for in-game RP will bleed through here, but I wasn't sure if you mentioned how you would host.
  3. Fhylie, you dog, you. She drinks too much, and loves to boast to the point of telling tall tales (it comes with the bard territory, you know). She's too damn idealistic by half and expects way too much from people. Sometimes, it's inspiring, but mostly just wrong about how good people actually are. Fhylie thinks there's good in everyone, you just have to draw it out of them. In character, she's not actually all that talented at combat, just really, really large. Her main melee combat tactic is to let someone hit her, and then hit them back twice as hard when their guard is down. I think we can all appreciate that this isn't a good strategy, but at least she blocks. Sometimes. She's getting better, okay? And most shamefully for a Sea Wolf, she gets seasick sometimes.
  4. have another incredibly helpful link: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/61147-Roegadyn-Dictionary Divine Phoenix's website has that too, somewhere, I think. Wish I'd seen this stuff before naming my character.
  5. This is Fhylie, a few levels ago. I really dig the expression the eyebrows and mouth have given her. To be sure, I have not seen a LOT of Roegadames, but I usually admire the looks of the ones I do see!
