I. Basic Info Characters: Kida Zahn, Lulu Luluzu, Livak Gildera Primary character: Kida Zahn Linkshells: The Brat Brigade Primary RP linkshell: Not Yet Determined II. RP Style Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy): Light - I'm a mom of two, one of which is a 5 month old, so I just don't have that much time to commit to heavy duty RP. My logging on is sporadic and based on my children's schedules, so I prefer to take a backseat in story RP and be a supporting character. Views on RP combat and injuries: I am not a very experienced combat RPer but I am open to trying it, so long as the injuries incurred are not life threatening. I do not have a problem with my characters RPing the scars of past battles should it be called for. Views on IC romance: I am not adverse to IC romance, though I do not want it to be the basis for which my character is RP'd. Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): I enjoy having family ties in the game and would be very open to this RP. Views on lore: I am brand new to the world of FF and FFXIV. I have no clue what the lore consists of or is based on, but I'm looking forward to diving in and learning more. Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc): I operate on the assumption that /say is always IC, and view /whisper as OOC. For /linkshell, it depends on the specific shell. If it is an OOC shell, I will follow along with the rules. For an IC shell, I would assume IC is how the character is speaking unless marked with double parenthesis. For /party - if the party is primarily RP, I would try to stay IC as much as possible using double parenthesis to denote OOC. If the party is OOC, I will also respect that. III. Hi folks! I'm horrible at these things so I shall be using the cookie cutter template. --MMORPG background I've played WoW since 2004. I was in the original Order of the White Tower on Feathermoon (Alliance) , and more recently in the Umbral Advent on Feathermoon (Horde), though I haven't played since March. I have played around slightly with Rift, Aion, SWTOR and Everquest, but I never really got into any of them. I am extremely new to the world of FF, know absolutely zero lore and background, and quite honestly have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm looking forward to learning. --RP experience I RP'd quite a bit in vanilla/BC WoW, and a bit less after that, though I still belonged to an RP guild. I consider myself a casual RPer by nature. --Character ideas/info I am still hashing out my character, as I said above, I have no clue how anything in this game works yet. I'm looking forward to taking a look around this site to nail down how I would like to build my character. Right now I have a Miqo'te Moonkeeper, and I plan to go from there. --How did you learn about the coalition? Talathar and another personal friend who RP's pointed me towards the coalition. --What kind of a role-player are you aiming to be? Light, medium, or heavy? I'm a light role player, but as I get more comfortable with FF, may move to medium. --Anything from real life you're comfortable with sharing? (Work, school, hobbies, etc) I just gave birth to my second child in April, so my gaming time is very sporadic depending on school/dance for my oldest, and naps/sleep for my baby.
