Dartamian N'astal

Well thank you for the welcome! Dartamian is always looking to make new friends. With working and going to school full time thru out the week I normally RP walk around town and work on my Miner, hence the RP aspect that it is his job. I enjoy nothing more than random conversation with adventurers and travelers alike. I'm thinking about using this forum as my venue to keep those interested in Dartamian's progress informed. And I will start by making it a point to reply to every person who shows me love. Again thank you and hope to see you soon. May you forever walk in the light of the crystal.

Been with the game since launch... Was a little hesitant about restarting my character just to be in an RP server but am so glad I made the move. A little about myself. I am a WoW vet and have always been interested in the RP stories of other players. I myself am still a novice to the craft, but I usually just follow the stories of others. I have always played one of two characters due to class restrictions. Dartamian, who is the battle worn brawler without a cause, or Astal who is the wandering intellectual healer. With this new game allowing you to be both I have decided to combine the two, thus Dartamian N'astal was born. Dartamian N'astal is a retired adventurer who only aspires to amass a fortune of Gil and purchase a mansion where he may peacefully reside until his death. Acquiring a job with the Miner's Guild in Ul'dah, Dartamian is quickly learning that this place is anything but normal. His daily run ins with a new generation of adventurers usually results in him having to resort to his old adventuring skills. But don't let him fool ya, underneath his hardened exterior beats the heart of one who seeks both new adventures and new friends in this vast new world.

In my opinion I think this is the best form of RP. I myself have never RPed any other way. My my current adventure has me living the life of Dartamian N'astal, a retired adventurer. Although he is never hesitant to offer a helping hand, he seeks only to amass a fortune of Gil, purchase a mansion and to dwell peacefully until his death. Keeping mostly to himself his past remains a mystery to most. These days he can be seen walking the streets of Ul'dah. Having acquired a job with the local miners guild, Dartamian tries to live a normal life. However as fate would have it Ul'dah is anything but normal and this usually results in Dartamian having to assistance one of the locals. Though he may fight it, there is a longing for adventure that still burns inside our hero-to-be.
