A bit late.. but.. I once had a LS that changed leadership, and so a new pearl was made one day while I was offline. A new name was given to it and the name bothered me greatly, bringing memories of unpleasant things. I almost decided not to rejoin the shell even though it was full of awesome people. I just didn't want the constant reminder and the mockery and dumb names that may come with the new name. (Not gonna bother saying what it was, it doesn't matter.) Point was, the name bothered me personally, but everyone else loved it. Eventually I was able to relate the new name with my good friends in the shell, and forget about the stupid things it used to make me think of. After some time, the same thing may happen for you, and Besaid may become just a name, and not "that place." Here's hoping. Good luck. ^^

Very nice! I always loved reading the Tribune for Vana'diel. Missed it when they seemed to get bored of making them. I'll look forward to more of this!

I'm not going to be one of those types. While I may take my time some, and stop to smell the roses, I would like to take equal time for progression. Would like to be in a LS/Guild that is all for bettering themselves, obtaining new/high level armor, weapons etc. and not just sitting around talking all day. Would love to RP WHILE progressing. <3 That would be great. If I'm not getting something accomplished, I get booooored.

Really didn't want Lind. My choice was Mysidia, but seeing as many are switching to Besaid..and hearing that Mysidia may be over-popular too, I switched mine to the Besaid also. I'd like to start out on the RP server with the majority. (And hope this one becomes majority now. ) I haven't role-played in a long long time and I miss it. I feel it would be better to surround myself with other RPers to feed off of basically, since I'm more than a little rusty. A good imagination inspires ideas in others. :3 Not too worried about under-population. I'm sure SE will try their best to spread people out, and PS3 will mean a wave of new players later. The new players may stay away from over-populated areas and pick somewhere with more room.
