Hey, I'm pretty much in the same boat. New to this game after RPing in WoW, then TSW and a little bit in SWTOR. I've got a character on Gilgamesh in the early-mid 20's that I haven't done much RPing with, but would love to do some more. I'd even be happy to help quest/dungeon/level and such. Unfortunately I don't think any of them will be joining, due to money and lack of interest (I think a lot of them are biased against Final Fantasy). My plan is to just wander around and hopefully bump into some interesting people. Thanks for the various links, hope to put all the information to good use

New to the game, loving it so far. I played FF11 back when it first came out and I've been curious about this for a while. Seeing it on sale on Steam gave me the push I needed to jump in. I've done RP on WoW, The Secret World, and SWTOR but mostly with the same group of people, so I'd love to get to meet some more people here. I'll be running around on Gilgamesh with my character Loetzeong Barabhir for the foreseeable future, so hopefully I'll see some of you around!
