I can understand why you would want to be on Balmung, as it is a major RP hub, clearly. However, I am starting a casual RP FC on Diabolos, and I would love to always be in-character. The focus of the FC is for a small group of us to help each other and explore and experience Eorzea together. I played FFXI for years. Bought FFXIV and played the free trial. Ready to get a membership, and I'd like to start a (mainly) role-playing FC. I actually think it would be really cool if all the members specialized as, like, Archers. We could help each other get ammo, via gathering and crafting, and we could party together (getting mages/tanks of course). And imagine primarily using RP for speaking, so it didn't sound quite so real-world-like. It would be awesome, right? I'm open to server suggestions. I created one char during my free trial, and it was a Marauder on Diabolos. I'm not especially attached to it, though I do like it. So, respond if you want to start a drama-free FC where we help each other and play the way we want to play, immersing ourselves in the experience of MMO'ing this beautiful world. No need for e-peen stroking and the stuff that constantly reinforces the fact that we're playing a game. No need to feel like we have to be social if we don't want to be. Let's really enjoy this in a different way.

I'm looking to start a casual RP FC. Casual in the sense that I don't intend it to be a hardcore FC in general. But hardcore in terms of dedication to RP. Please PM me if interested...this goes for anyone. Bout to make a thread about it.
