I would really like to get back into the LS after a long absence. Is it still oversubscribed? Character name Mirien Lahar. I will try to find a leader online (haven't succeeded yet)

I'm playing the free trial, so I only have a couple of weeks to decide if I'm interested in subscribing. I'm a long-time MMO player (and long-time FF console player) but a fairly recent recruit to the world of RP. (Until recently very active in The Secret World.) My problem is: Balmung and Gilgamesh are closed. I tried last night when I set up the trial, and I tried again this morning when I assumed populations would be low. Several servers were available that hadn't been last night, but not the two RP servers. Is there a time of day I'm likely to be able to create a character on Balmung? Is there a tertiary server for those locked out of the first two? I wouldn't especially mind waiting until I decide to subscribe before attempting to move to Balmung, but I probably won't end up subscribing if I can't get a feel for the RP first. I'm on... oh, which am I on? Coerul right now as Erice Fae, but will be happy to switch to any available. (Also: is there more server restriction on a trial account? I see that I'm limited to one character per server. Perhaps if I subscribe I'd have more chance to create on Balmung?)
