I am starting an online Final Fantasy / Kingdom Hearts tabletop RPG every other Sat. night 11pm-3am EST (8pm-12pm PST) if anyone is interested? Everything is free and you don't need experience. It will take place after Kingdom Hearts 2. We will visit new worlds from a plethora of movies, games, and comics that aren't subject to Disney only along with some familiar places as well. Based off 4e basic rule system with added Final Fantasy rules and structure. Your PCs must be Kingdom Hearts or Final Fantasy characters only (no Disney PCs). Hope to start playing on Saturday nights within the next few weeks as I am building this from the ground up. You must meet all the following requirements to play and will also have a short interview via Skype. -Must be a Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts Fan! If you have never played any of the games please do not respond. -Must be able to attend most sessions. -Must be comfortable role playing your chosen character and have a working knowledge of their background and personality. -Must be coherent in speech. You do not have to voice act (although that would be great), just understandable.

So I've heard a few things here and there about Gilgamesh being the non-legacy RP server. Is there any concrete truth to this? If not let's make one.

I think ive decided to play on a new server because I know ill be so caught up playing that I wont have much time to RP at lower levels and I would rather have my first experience with more players my level. After a while I will switch to RP server.

I am in the same boat. I have no idea what class to RP let alone play. I guess ill just end up making a class that Ill enjoying playing with PvE and PvP then RP them.

Ah I see. So I guess its all up in the air until we see what SE is doing with the servers and transfers. How is Balmung's lowbie population? Im sure it will raise with new players and characters, but how is it now?

Hello Everyone, I am new to the FFXIV RP community and am excited to to play 2.0 once it is released. I have not played 1.0 but I do have some xp with RP in other mmos. I have been playing FF for 20 years and have beaten almost every game. As I am going through these forums Ill take any basic info help, such as servers, guilds, lore I should read up on, or big events I might have missed from 1.0. Thanks

Hello all, Ive been a die hard FF fan for 20 years. I have not played 1.0 but have decided to play 2.0. One thing that I am afraid of that caused me to stop played many other MMOs is dead servers. It is supposed to be an mmo after all and I dont want to join a 1.0 server only to play a new character by myself. It will not be any fun and will ruin the game for me. I obviously want a RP server, but not at the expense of soloing the whole game. So if anyone can attest to 1.0 servers low level popultaion I would be most appreciative. So please give your opinions on what I should pick?
