Round two! Rather than bumping my old post that I can't seem to find, I'll make a new one. I'm looking for male characters (one or more?) interested in playing the part of a romantic interest for my character(s). Eyvindr is my main, but I spend quite a bit of time on Antonie as well. Any friend of my character is a friend of his company too, and you're more than welcome to join us on group RP, events, and the like. Eyvindr - Highlander Hyur Character Wiki (The wiki could use a little updating and new pictures but is otherwise decent enough) Summary: A merchant of questionable goods who dabbled in magic and ended up delving into the adventurer life and becoming second in command of his company, the Outriders. Former party-boy with criminal connections who likes to pretend he's rich to mock the people in Ul'dah that really are wealthy. He's often snarky and can be mean to those that deserve it, but definitely has a warm side. Possible RP hooks: Business contacts in Ul'dah, teacher/student arrangements with any sort of skill, anything! Antonie Riaux - Wildwood Elezen Character Wiki Summary: An Ishgardian inquisitor who thinks he's undercover, but really he just got sent to Eorzea because he's too much of a crazy zealot for Ishgard. His personality fluctuates between shy and coy, cold, and fiercely passionate. Oh, and crazy. Don't forget the crazy. The (good?) news is he's not really all that dangerous - all bark and no bite. Something like Rorschach. I love that character though, so I'm afraid that I wouldn't live up to my own expectations.

We'd love to meet Mhaya! I brought this up to the other folks in the group and apparently one of them has you on their friends list from an earlier meeting of some kind. Expect a tell from R'mehro Deadeye or myself sometime soon.

I. Basic Info Primary character: Eyvindr Koltrast Linkshells: The only LS I'm a part of right now is for a small group of friends RPing a group of sellswords. We use it for both IC and OOC purposes. We haven't given the group a snazzy name yet. Primary RP linkshell: See above. More than willing to join more! II. RP Style Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy): Medium RP is the best description. I love to RP, but I do still play the game for the game itself - especially when my usual crowd isn't on or I'm not feeling in the mood. Views on RP combat and injuries: Totally acceptable. I prefer we use the /random function to determine outcomes. Views on IC romance: Acceptable, welcome, and sought after. I prefer the relationship to be an organic one that isn't forced and the partner character(s) should preferably be interested in joining the rest of my character's steady RP group. Please give my character's wiki a read first to see if he'd be a good fit for your character! Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): Half-siblings might be a possibility. Open to discussion. Views on lore: I'm new to the FF game world so I'm doing my best to read up on lore. Please give me a heads up if I ever do/say anything utterly derpy as I appreciate the constructive feedback. In-depth knowledge of every nuanced facet of lore is not required, just enough basics not to stick out like a sore thumb. Untouchable and out of place Mary Sues and Gary Stus will be directed to the nearest exit. Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc): Open to joining more linkshells, though I'd rather not be inundated with talking all the time. When RPing. I tend to use either party chat or tells for OOC communication and keep /say IC. III. All of the above, honestly, but my favorite is romance. In addition to its own value, having your character be involved with someone makes every dangerous plot you're involved in (or that they are involved in!) just that more suspenseful.

Hello! I've been playing the game for roughly a week or so now, so I figured it was high time I said hello. I transferred to Balmung to play with a friend - I'm loving the game so far, and I'm also impressed with the roleplaying scene. I'm a long-time roleplayer (mostly D&D settings but also games like The Secret World and ESO) but new to the lore of the FF world.
