Hachi Hachi isn't afraid to approach anybody, regardless of gender. For the most part, she sees people as equals, but tends to give females more credit for intelligence and other small advantages. Of course, this is due to some of her early childhood amongst her traditional Keeper family. Hachi has been removed from the traditional Keeper way of life long enough now to have let go of any extreme values regarding female superiority. This being said, she is most comfortable and quick to befriend females, and respect is always shown to females who she considers 'elder'. Hachi is a little slower to warm up to the opposite gender, and is known to sometimes doubt their capabilities in comparison to her own. She has less patience for males and becomes easily agitated when her buttons are pushed. However, beneath her bravado Hachi really doesn't understand the male gender at all, and many of her more aggressive antics are simply in place to cover up her own uncertainty and apprehensiveness. Hachi is generally this way with all males from any race, but maybe most noticeably so with her own. Trysten Skyborn He's a player. Trysten knows he is good looking and his confident attitude shows it. He's not afraid to talk to females, in fact, he's quite smooth. While Trysten is the type to flee commitment, it's not because he sees females in a negative light. In fact, Trysten is the type of male who would never hit a female- even if she meant to cause him harm. He has a strong sense of chivalry when it comes to the fairer gender- but it doesn't make him any less of a floozy. Trysten gets along with males well enough, but loves to start fights. He'll usually deliberately provoke some kind of aggressive reaction from other males around his age and size.

However, despite the energy Hachi demands of those who cross her path, she is a fiercely loyal companion to the bitter end. Youthful and playful in many ways, Hachi seizes the day at 100%. Hachi is bold, curious, and energetic, which can make her quite the handful. More often than not, her curiosity guides her in whichever direction it likes and she follows completely unafraid of the unknown. This is not to say, however, that she is naive or overly trusting. In fact, Hachi prides herself on having a keen sense of a person's true nature. That being said, she is not the type to hold back for courtesy's sake. She says things as they are, and takes what others say at face value as well. Hidden meanings and reading between the lines are not Hachi's forte. Though she is relatively straight forward in both her speech and behavior, she is a notorious trickster to those she is close to. While to some her practical jokes and pestering may be bothersome, it is Hachi's way of showing affection. Although she may pretend to be upset by pranks thrown back at her, she truly enjoys it. A prank-war is the ultimate challenge for Hachi, and she never backs down from a challenge. Beneath her excitable exterior Hachi is a very loyal friend who forms bonds quickly with those she likes. Though she may put forward a fiery facade to those she is unfamiliar with, she is extremely sensitive to the mood of her companions. Hachi is the type to never turn her back on someone important to her, and she will go out of her way to improve their sour mood. Her compassionate side is one that will sometimes peek through when she thinks no one is watching. I -wish- I could make an animated series! I'm glad you guys like the lighting. I tried something a little new, I usually don't back light, so it was a fun test =) Lots of gradient coloring that I'm not super used to. As for commissions, I don't take commissions because I only draw when I have time, and with release coming up so quick... My time is already stretched pretty thin, so I'd let people down, and that's not bueno. But! I have a history of drawing characters randomly when I rp with them, so maybe we'll see each other around in game!
