Well it's like comic books just pick a spot you find interesting and dive in! But if you're looking to get solid grasp on the series start with FF7 as that has defined so much of it. Then look at the early games which is where we get a lot of the game tropes (black mage, white mage, ect....) Personally I like 10 & 12 best but that's just me any way good luck and have fun!

I hope FF14 comes 2 the Xbox1 (I'm an Xbox player) but I've heard that Microsoft are hard to work with so who knows :dodgy:

I love romance and having fun with that special someone. There's a lot of great things about a nice stable girl/boy friend to go on dates, cuddle, and be affectionate with. IMO its the little quiet moments that make a love story, the kind of stuff couples do adds just as much to the story as the big dramatics. This also makes the inevitable monster fights and action more exciting as you're fighting beside the one you lover, I like the idea of a characters that complement one another in combat being in love :lol: Finally the mushy stuff is sooooo cute and such fun to RP

Hi!, I would say don't try and get all the FF lore as all the games are self contained. As 4 a starting place in 14 I would go with what is important for your race & class at least that's what I do :dodgy: Any way just have fun and good luck!

hello everybody! I'm brand new to ff14 but I've been wanting to play 4 awhile now. I have a Miqo'te (Seeker of the Sun) archer on Faerie and plan on going in to Bard I'm also interested in crafting particularly alchemy/carpentry/culinary/leatherworking. I've played MMO's before mostly Neverwinter and ESO but a little WoW and FF11 as well. I never found the RP experience I've been looking for so that's why I'm hear. I specifically went looking for an RP community and found Hydaelyn Roleplayers, I have RP experience with games like Pathfinder and am a medium RPer. I'm particularly interested in romance RP but I don't insist on it. Nice to meet you all
