As long as it's talked about and agreed on beforehand, I think it's a great way to add depth to characters

Build up is nice and being mutual (obviously)

If it's something everyone can agree on to do, then absolutely

Not too spun up about this, I generally try to put quotes around IC stuff otherwise it's just your personal preference.
