For: One count of successful pickpocketing, one count of attempted pickpocketing, threats against a person. He is furthermore suspected of additional recent disturbances in and around the Quicksand.

Description:

Keeper of the Moon, Male. Young-looking, pale skin, dark blue hair & fur. Has a large red strip across his eyes. Somewhat of a frail build. Has a history of running away from approach.

Last seen: The Quicksand, Ul'dah.

Known affiliations: None confirmed.

 

The subject is to be brought in, relatively unscathed, to your local Brass Blades enforcement.

A monetary reward of five thousand gil will be rewarded, directions and details will be presented upon delivery of the suspect.
