You might have noticed a few of us Seditians posting here, and there are a couple more to come. We're all a group of RPing friends looking to join a Linkshell, meet a few likeminded RP-mates, and cause lots and lots of glorious mischief.

 

I'll bug them all to post here later, but for now, you're stuck with me! I am Garm, the modest one.

 

--MMORPG background

Well, we're actually originally a Mabinogi guild, although a lot of us have tried, and mostly RP'd on... APB, Champions Online, Ragnarok Online, Aion, uh... other things.

 

--RP experience

Same as above! I've RP'd across a few MMOs, but have only done so on and off for the last... 3 years? It's definitely a must for any MMORPG I plan to stay on for awhile.

 

--Character ideas/info

--How did you learn about the coalition?

I played FFXIV in the Alpha & Beta, but only decided to buy the game around 1.19. I remember hearing of you, and Besaid being the main RP server there, and decided to pop in. I stopped playing since payment was reinstituted (save for one month), but have decided to rejoin after the Welcome Back Campaign finishes.

 

All in all, I've been meaning to post here for quite a few months, and now that I've managed to drag people along to XIV with me, am finally able to chuck souls at an RP linkshell and start RPing here for real.

 

--What kind of a role-player are you aiming to be? Light, medium, or heavy?

Somewhere between medium-heavy. I like some OOC fun when I don't feel like thinking -too- hard, but do really enjoy RP.

 

--Anything from real life youâre comfortable with sharing? (Work, school, hobbies, etc)

I'm both 36, 12, 96 and 48 at the same time, have multiple heads, can spontaneously combust on command, and, contrary to popular belief, am -not- Batman.

I'm actually a bit confused about this OOC linkshell for the RPC? Do I need to contact anybody specific to get an in on that, and do I need to fill out a separate application for it or anything?

Welcome back!

 

It's a no strings attached type of shell. No applications, only requirement is that you're a roleplayer. Just a giant social shell for all of us to keep in touch in-game if we so choose. It's by no means required, but I like to think it's an easy way to segue oneself into the community and meet some of the various social circles that exist.

 

There's a thread here with details on who you can get in contact with for a pearl. Me being one of them.
