Well, so far yelling in Lower La Noscea hasn't netted much interest, which is understandable with all the Rank 7s and 8s around. Still, in case anyone who reads this knows any sprouts or alts who'd lend a signature with no obligation, I'm usually active evenings PDT and am responsive to OOC tells. I will try to time things to make it quick and painless.
