Sylentmana Posted August 27, 2015 Share #2 Posted August 27, 2015 I have one. What is the difference between ninja and shinobi? When I was in Sasebo, some Japanese friends I made always referred to them as shinobi, but the language barrier made it hard for them to explain the difference. Link to comment
Little Yuna Posted August 27, 2015 Author Share #3 Posted August 27, 2015 In terms of their usage of the word, both words mean the same, it just depends strictly on where you go and who you are talking to. They were both around during the 12th century, and operated as agents to people like lords and even shoguns. Link to comment
