II. RP Style

 

 

• Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy):
  
• Medium RP. My post sizes can vary depending on the scene. I try to avoid using one liners unless it is in very casual RP.
  I prefer using /em for most of my posts.
  
• If the post is too long and can't fit in one go, I'll add a "--" at the end of the post to indicate there is still more to come.
  
  

 

• Views on RP combat and injuries: I like combat RP, I'm open to using the /random system or leaving it completely narrative. However, if it is completely narrative, the winner needs to be decided OOC. When it comes to injuries, I am open to mostly anything so long as it doesn't leave my character permenantly incompacitated.
  
• I will not allow my character to be killed unless it has been discussed OOC.
   
  

 

• Views on IC romance: I'm completely okay with IC romance. However I want it to be natural, not something that happens instantly. I also want the line between IC and OOC to be understood.
   
   
   
  
• Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): It’s always nice to have friends and family. Having friends gives someone for the character to talk to, the character will have someone who can trust, and rely on them. Having family ties gives the character something to go back to.
   
   
   
   
  
• Views on lore: I am fine with lore bending, but I'm not okay with complete breakage of lore. There is a lot out there in the FFXIV word, and so I understand if you don't know everything about the lore (I don't either).
   
   
   
  

• Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc):
  
• I will use /say, /emote, and /tell during RP. To indicate that i’m in character, I will use “_____”.  I will use ((___)) to indicate that i’m speaking OOC.

Edited the wiki on 11/3. 

Edits are not complete as I did not have time to add in everything that I wanted, more information coming soon!

Added some pretty major edits to my wiki, i'm planing on doing one big edit (new layout and everything!) tomorrow evening, maybe earlier. So be prepared to see a new layout!

 

As for the edits I made (11/5), I added some stuff to 'present' tab, you should really check those out. I also ask that you check out my 'making connections' thread, there is a link in my signature.

 

If you are interested in some of the things that are going on w/ Nanagi currently, feel free to send a PM. ^^

Edited my wiki page. Everything is up to date now.

• Added more "Notable events"
