I afk frequently without any warning, and if someone sends me a tell that simply says, "Hi!" with no other information, I will often not reply. If you say, "Hi! I was wondering if you'd like to roleplay sometime?" I might be more inclined to answer.

 

But! I am also a very shy person and socially awkward, so I still might not reply. But that's not really a reflection of the person whispering me or anything--I'm just super shy.
