Looking for a template to use to create my character wiki page! :)

Hey all!

 

I was looking to see if there was already a template for the character wiki creation pages. If so, can someone link me to it please?

 

If not, can someone link their pages I can copy the basic skeleton of for mine? Or link a basic sheet that has what most people would provide on theirs?
