I know this is a late reply, but better than never, I hope. I'm rather new to the RP scene here, myself, and I take it by the lack of responses that Phoenix doesn't have a super active community. But if you'd like someone to keep you company and maybe get a fix until you can make it to Balmung, let me know.

There's not a super active RP community on Phoenix as far as I'm concerned, but I'd be happy to keep you company now and then on Phoenix. I have an alt there I use fairly often. I'm active on Balmung too, in case you should eventually transfer.
