The Drakensguard is a company that operates as a private military and adventuring force that is bound by no one nations jurisdiction... giving them faster response times and a larger freedom in research, organisation and operation. 

No matter past allegiance, as long as they promise to fight for the realm, whether garlean defector, Ishgardian, doman, we accept all as long as they accept the rules set by the company and promise to always serve in best interests of the realm no matter the sacrifice.
