II. RP Style

• Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy): Strong preference for heavy, though more often than not settling with medium due to time constraints.
   
• Views on RP combat and injuries: I'm all for it! I enjoy dark RP themes and so the aforementioned scenarios are always welcome. Khaji is an extremely frail character, so injuries are unavoidable should he take a blow. Permanent or long-term injuries are something that should be discussed beforehand, though it's extremely likely I'll be totally down to play it out so long as it's reasonable and incorporated into the RP well.
   
• Views on IC romance: Romance between characters is strictly IC. As I'm relatively new to RPing, it's not something I've done before, but I think it'd be a great tool for character development. So long as it develops naturally between characters, then I'm all for it. That being said, Khaji is not exactly the romantic type. He suffers from self-identity issues and is prone to latching on to others, so I'd imagine any romantic themes would probably be more like... unhealthy dependency themes In a similar respect, Khaji is very easily taken advantage of, and I'm comfortable with mature themes such as emotional manipulation/abuse etc. - though serious OOC discussion is definitely required before a relationship like that takes off.
   
• Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): Hell yea. Admittedly, plot planning is not my strong suit, so a fair bit of brainstorming is probably gonna be required in order to set up how our characters will meet n what have you, but I'm v enthusiastic about RP involving friendships, enemies, rivals, employer/employee, mutually beneficial relationships where both characters hate each other but gain something from having the other around - everything
   
• Views on lore: I'm brand new to both FFXIV and the RPC, so I'm still learning it as I go, but I find staying as close to the lore as possible to be essential. As there is much I don't yet know of the lore, I really appreciate having things pointed out or being corrected should I say something that isn't in line with it. A little creativity is a-ok so long as it's not too out there.
   
• Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc): This is something I don't know much about. I imagine emotes and /say or /whisper are the traditional channels for RP, so I guess I'm most comfortable using those. Alternative channels such as /party while in crowded areas sounds a-ok too

Been pretty lazy in terms of updating (well, completing...) Khaji's wiki, but I've finally started RPing with him. Kept putting it off due to nerves, aaah. 100% open to setting up connections n' stuff now, though!
