Well, yeah, hi. I'm not really good at say hi threads, so I'm getting to the point.

 

I am generally looking for an active roleplaying FC that owns property, and has a loose-feeling, friendly and well-maintained feel to it. Themewise, I want something that allows for slice-of-life and shenanigans, and is not militaristic or espionage/mafia-based.
