Here are a few to get you started on Balmung:

 

General RP connections server: Balmung RP Network (BRPN).

Finding RP neighbors, if you have housing:  The Neighborhood.

EU/active during EU hours: EU Discord.

There are also some for Mateus as well, the largest one being Mateus RP HUB, which has... at least a good 400+ people on it.

 

There are a few others as well, I'm sure, but I don't really keep up with what is going on these days. I've kinda fallen back into the shadows of FF14 society.
