New to FFXIV RP!

Hi! I've been playing this game for a little while now, and I was curious about the RP scene in this game, which led me here. I've roleplayed a bit in the past, though I haven't done so in years so I'm definitely not up to speed on RPing, especially about how RP works in FFXIV.
