Steel Soul MK is a Free Company with the goal of revolutionizing the world we know for the betterment of all with the use of technology! The methods we have currently are crude and require things like ceruleum! A resource that, no matter how vast, is finite in scale! Let’s change the way people live in the future, today! Magus Division:

 The Magus Division is where all who focus on magical aspects work to understand and research all kinds of magic, regardless of the stigma over certain practices. The members of this division can vary from magical adepts to beginners in practice. 

 

Amenities we have for our magically inclined members include a laboratory for alchemic or apothecary research and practices. A fully stocked library that’s constantly updated with newly obtained books, journals written by members of our exploration scholars, and a nice cozy interior for those long nights of groundbreaking research!

As a member of the Magus Division, while you have the freedom to work on your own projects, there will be times where you are expected to do the following:

-Assist with magical research on alternate forms of energy conversion
-Discovering new methods to combine the magical and technological
-Work with our Field Division whenever required
-Update our Library whenever possible and return any borrowed books

 

If you need anything specific that isn’t covered in the description above, please let the Masters of the Magus or Machinists know. It’s quite possible that equipment you might need can be made by a member of the Machinist Division

 

Machinist Division:

The Machinist, although in name sound like they cover a very limited area of technology, makes up every possible aspect of technology. All are accepted, from those who can repurpose Allegan Technology, to the junkyard divers who create new technology from the chassis of the old! Those with skills in the Magi-tek department are also welcome! 

 

Amenities available are of course, the Free Company Workshop, where you can work on personal things, repair large devices, and assist in Free Company projects. Also, a Datacenter where we collect and store data from various machines both ancient and current. 

 

As a member of the Machinist Division, you are free to work on personal items, but are expected to, when required:

-Assist in customer repairs and house maintenance
-Help in projects
-Tinker with and research new methods to create technology
-Work with the Magus Division whenever possible
-Help with Maintenance of Field Division Gear

 

Field Division:

The Field Division, or the Adventurers, Archeologists, and Protectors of Steel Soul. The Field Division works on exploration and discoveries both old and new. Information gathering will be key, so members of this group should do their best to keep detailed notes of their escapades when pertaining to the Free Company. 

 

Field’s job requires access to the other two Divisions within the Free Company, so Amenities will include access to the Library within acceptable parameters, the Datacenter and Workshop when escorted by a member of the Machinist Division, as well as the Magus Laboratory with an escort in the Magus Division.

This unit will be the most open division within the Free Company. Adventurers outside of Steel Soul can apply to assist as well and, in such occasions, they will be given a request through the adventurer’s guild so that they may get paid per usual methods. 

 

Depending on the job entailed, Field members can request the aide of someone from the Magus and Machinist sectors.
You’d be expected to do the following:

-Record Missions via Journal or other methods
-Report any important details to the Master of Field
-Return all Borrowed Gear
-Assist in field tests
