Hosted by the Monsaran Tribe in partnership with the Midnight Pearl, you are invited to Khurim Sunsun (“Feast of Spirits” or “Spirit Feast”). This event is not for the faint of heart. Join us for a spiritual experience that includes: booths, potluck, “Duty Roulette: LFRP,” and more!

 

About The Event ––– –    

Khurim Sunsun is a traditional Monsaran event that honors the time period in which the veil between the realms of life and death is at its lowest. Join us in honoring our ancestors, remembering our loved ones, banishing those who would dare claim the living too soon, and welcoming the dark.

Festivities ––– –  

 

Guidance for the Lost & Found :: Priests, shamans, shrine maidens, udgan, and other spiritual leaders are encouraged to join us this evening to offer blessings, connect the living to the dead, and banish maliciously inclined spirits.

 

Eat, Drink, & Be Merry! :: A harvest potluck has been provided by the Midnight Pearl. There is plenty of food to delight in, ranging from vegetarian delights to big hunt cuisine; there’s a little something for everyone! If you bring a food item or drink, please message Sunsgerel so she can properly credit your delights at the closing ceremony!

 

The Wandering Bells :: This event will feature wandering spirits. Please be wary of not granting them too much of your personal information!   

 

Spooky Booths :: We have an array of vendors this evening offering services in multiple forms. Please make sure you check out the following in the cavern!

• Visit Shroudrose Teahouse at Khurim Sunsun to enjoy our specialty teas and treats both sweet and savory in seasonal autumn flavors! Enjoy some here, or buy some to savor later at home or offer as gifts to your loved ones. > MENU <

• Come to the Brass Cauldron for spooky bath products perfect for a hauntingly-good night in. Seasonal candles, bath bombs, and soaps will be available along with a selection of other goods. > MENU < ⠀
   
• Looking to have your fortunes told? Do you have a wish that you want granted? Then come by the stall of the White Lotus Seer! They will tell you any fortunes you wish to have the answers to and offer you a swirling, ruby witches potion to grant you a wish. But be careful! Sometimes the answers may not be what you want and you must drink the potion all in one go for it to come true!  ⠀
   
• Are you ready to open your heart and home to a new piscine friend? Visit Syldra Trawling, where you can find fry of every shape and size ready to be raised into the pride of your aquarium. That isn't your speed? 1. You're heartless. 2. We carry a variety of other goods! Be you Culinarian or Craftsman, Fashionista or Gourmand, we hope to serve you today. At the conclusion of the festivities, we will be hosting a drawing for our customers to determine who will take home an Assassin Fry. > MENU <  

 

Spooktacular Performances! :: We have two exciting performances this evening! Eigengrau Mankhad and Parker Ripley will both be entertaining the living and the dead with their unique talents.

• Parker Ripley, Celestial Foreteller: 
  Wishes to bestow upon those brave enough to offer a secret or a sin,
  A blessing to guide them on their latest whims.
  Tied true in a knot on their right wrist,
  the blessing shall stay so long as the circlet exists.
  Stay safe on their path through twists and turns,
  Eyes turned toward the heavens so brightly they burn.
  Visit her booth and prepare to be honest,
  Lest the heavens turn their own gaze upon us.

 

Duty Roulette: LFRP :: Duty Roulette: LFRP is a randomized RP experience. If you’re someone who is shy, has difficulties with walk-up, or is just looking to build some new connections this might be the experience for you! Duty Roulette: LFRP sorts you with one or two random partners who have also signed up for the program. Please message Sunsgerel to be connected!

This event focuses heavily on spiritual experience. There will be ceremonies, blessings, banishments, divination, and other magickal nuances. But, more than that, it has a focus on honoring those who have been lost and reconnecting with those loved but gone. If you are looking for a specific spiritual experience at this event, please message Sunsgerel on Discord (or join the official Discord). We will do our best to make sure that you get the ghastly experience you’re looking for.
